Longenia

This document records your specific, free, informed and unambiguous consent to Longenia's processing of sensitive personal data, in line with LGPD art. 11 and GDPR art. 9, complementing the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Health data: lab results, biomarkers, imaging, self-reported diagnoses and clinical history, medications, supplements, allergies, vaccines, vital signs (blood pressure, glucose, weight, body composition) and other health info.
• Wearable data (with your authorization): heart rate, HRV, VO2max, sleep quality, physiological recovery, steps, calories, activity, body temperature, SpO2 and other manufacturer-provided metrics.
• Genetic data (fully optional): raw DNA files, genetic variants (SNPs — small single-point variations in your DNA), nutrigenomics info, statistical predispositions and metadata about the files you upload.

Sensitive data is used only for secure storage, organizing your personal health history, longitudinal visualization, charts, computing indicators (including the Health Score and metabolic age), producing educational analyses and reports, running the platform's algorithms and AI features, and continuous service improvement — never for a purpose incompatible with what's described here.

You acknowledge genetic data is highly sensitive and can reveal significant biological characteristics; statistical interpretations generated by the platform are not a medical diagnosis. Longenia does not provide genetic counseling, does not issue clinical reports, and does not run laboratory confirmation of variants — its genetic analyses are for educational and informational tracking only.

You authorize your data to be processed by Longenia's AI models — for classification, summarization, organization, historical comparison, trend identification, generating charts, indicators, explanatory text, and answers to your own questions — using either Longenia's own models or those of specialized providers, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Sensitive data is not sold. It's only shared when necessary to run the platform, for cloud storage, processing you authorize, integrations you request, legal compliance, or a court order. Some technology providers may process data in other countries; when that happens, Longenia aims to apply mechanisms compatible with LGPD, GDPR and other applicable rules.

Data stays stored only as long as needed for the service, the stated purposes, legal obligations, exercising legal rights, and fraud prevention; after account closure it's deleted or anonymized, subject to legally required retention.

You may withdraw this consent at any time via suporte@longenia.com.br. Withdrawal doesn't affect the lawfulness of past processing, may limit or block features that depend on sensitive data, and doesn't prevent retention where the law requires it.

By accepting this document you confirm you understand: the nature of the data being processed and that health and genetic data get special protection; the purposes of processing and the risks inherent to sharing digital data; that the platform uses AI and that its outputs are for educational and informational purposes only; and that Longenia does not diagnose, prescribe or treat, and nothing it provides replaces a consultation with a qualified health professional.

Selecting "I have read and agree" (or an equivalent electronic mechanism) during registration, or when uploading genetic data, records your free, informed, specific and unambiguous consent to the processing described in this document, for these purposes only.

The electronic consent record may include the date/time of acceptance, IP address, device identifier, the version you accepted, and your account identifier, used as evidence of your consent.

This Consent is part of Longenia's legal framework together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Policy & Medical Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy. If the purposes of processing change materially, Longenia may request renewed consent before continuing to process your data.

The official language is Portuguese (Brazil); this English version is a courtesy translation, and in case of conflict the Portuguese version prevails. Read it at /pt/legal/consent.
